Payment Options
At the start of each course of treatment your dentist will discuss and prepare a full treatment plan including costs. As a long standing private family practice we understand that people’s financial situations may differ from time to time. Therefore we offer a range of flexible payment plans designed to help you spread the cost of your treatments should you wish to do so.
Pay As You Go
Normally payment is taken at the end of each appointment. We are happy to accept payment by cash, debit, credit card or cheque (accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card).
Extended Payment
If you are looking at spreading payment costs we can discuss this with you as part of your dental assessment. Each case is unique and we aim where possible to tailor towards your budget.
Denplan Scheme
Denplan arrange dental plans at our practice with different levels of treatment cover to suit your needs. All the Denplan options (payable monthly) come with Supplementary Insurance which includes a 24 hour worldwide dental emergency helpline and dental accident and dental emergency cover.
Children Can Smile For Free Membership
We offer children routine examinations free of charge. This is available to parents/guardians who are registered and attend the practice twice a year for their own routine examinations. This way you can be assured we will encourage and train your child in looking after their teeth to prevent gum disease and tooth decay.
We request that the parents/guardians make their child’s appointment in conjunction with their own. Charges will therefore only be incurred for:-
Missed appointments (unless 24 hours notice is given).
Additional treatments and appointments ie. fillings, x-rays, braces, gum shields etc.
Appointments where the parent/guardian hasn't maintained their own routine appointments.
We appreciate that occasionally appointments times have to be changed due to the busy lives we all lead, however please can you give 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
